Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped using Chit Chats or Canada Post, depending on your location and the most cost-effective and reliable option available at the time of shipping. Carrier selection is determined by us and cannot be chosen at checkout.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee is applied to all book and merchandise orders at checkout. This fee is a single combined cost and is used to help offset shipping, handling, packaging, and fulfillment expenses.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during sales, pre-orders, launches, or peak seasons.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and service selected. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors are outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft. If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
