Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all book sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report a damaged or defective item, contact us at cksmith.author@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Return shipping instructions will be provided if required. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Signed, autographed, or personalized books

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale items or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or replacement, even if damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If a damaged or defective item is approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom items, including signed or autographed books.

Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
